Charsi gives the Tools of the Trade quest, and the imbue item reward upon completion of it. She sells armor and weapons and offers repairs. Charsi is an NPC found in the Rogue Encampment. This can only be done once per difficulty therefore, it is recommended that Charsi's imbue be saved until later in the game for a higher level item. No Magic, Rare, Set, or Unique items can be used. Charsie will imbue a piece of normal (white) equipment, turning it into a rare item with randomly selected abilities. It allows you to turn a white item into a yellow item. Has anyone got any suggestions as to how to achieve this? Free download rapelay. 1.14 doesn't either doesn't like this, or I doing something wrong, because when I try to load that copy character, I get an error message about the character being a bad version. If I didn't like the item, I could use a different copy of the files to do another imbue until I got an item I liked. I used to have it with a previous patch, and in that patch I could make a copy of my save game files, and go to Charsi and imbue an item. I currently have 1.14 edition of Diablo II.
